US Congress Indicted

Charged with Serious Crimes against American People, verdict follows...

When in the course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

We, the people of the United States, having convened as a jury, hereby issue the following verdict to the US CONGRESS, regarding these accusations:  

On the charge of ignoring the will of the people you supposedly represent, we find you GUILTY

On the charge of exercising powers without the consent of the governed, we find you GUILTY

On the charge of acting against the best interests of your constituents, we find you GUILTY

On the charge of prioritizing the opinions of special interest groups over the will of the majority, we find you GUILTY

On the charge of accepting bribes by donors in exchange for favors and legislation, we find you GUILTY

On the charge of changing positions on issues, depending on which way the political wind blows, we find you GUILTY

On the charge of playing politics with the lives of our soldiers, we find you GUILTY

On the charge of living above the laws that you impose on the rest of us, we find you GUILTY

On the charge of imposing cruel and unusual fines and levies on your own people, we find you GUILTY

On the charge of continued imposition of an unconstitutional income tax on our people, we find you GUILTY

On the charge of frivolously spending our hard-earned money in ways which we do not approve of, we find you GUILTY

On the charge of using taxpayer funds for unconstitutional programs rather than national security, we find you GUILTY

On the charge of diverting federal government revenues to your own state programs, we find you GUILTY

On the charge of using your elected positions for personal power and financial gain, we find you GUILTY

On the charge of flagrant dishonesty regarding your words, actions and motives, we find you GUILTY

On the charge of conspiring with the mass media to deceive the public, we find you GUILTY

On the charge of abandoning the American culture in favor of multiculturalism, we find you GUILTY

On the charge of giving illegal aliens more rights than American citizens, we find you GUILTY

On the charge of NOT PROTECTING OUR BORDERS, LANGUAGE, and CULTURE, we find you GUILTY

On the charge of DEPRIVING US OF LIFE, LIBERTY, AND THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS, we find you GUILTY

On the charge of TAXATION WITHOUT REPRESENTATION, we find you GUILTY

On the charge of DIShonoring your oath of office to support and defend the US CONSTITUTION, we find you GUILTY

In consideration of these findings of crimes against the American People, we therefore sentence you, the CONGRESS of the UNITED STATES, to LIFE WITHOUT ELECTED POSITIONS, and LIFE WITHOUT TAXPAYER FUNDING.

During the next General Election, you are to step down from office and make way for new officials who will live up to the title of an ELECTED REPRESENTATIVE by representing the people that elected them.

As your last act in office, you are to impose term limits on yourselves and all future generations of elected officials, and divest yourselves of gaudy government retirement plans. Thus, the legislative oligarchy will come to an end.

You will be eligible to receive the Social Security funds that you have robbed us of during your tenure, once you reach retirement age, if there are any such funds left. You will be required to pay taxes. You will abide by the laws that you passed.

In this manner, you will be forced to live like the rest of us, and thereby realize the error of your ways.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. — That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.
